1. General

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your download, access, and use of WiFi Launcher: Map Tool (the "App"), provided by Jia He Ju ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. App Functionality

The App provides Android launcher and Wi-Fi utility tools for personal, non-commercial use. Depending on your device, permissions, and Android system behavior, the App may include:

Launcher home setup and default launcher behavior.

App drawer access, desktop widgets, wallpapers, and launcher desktop tools.

Wi-Fi map browsing and nearby network-related views.

Speed testing, Wi-Fi analysis, and network detail viewing.

Password generation and floating window tools.

Advertising for free users and support or legal page access.

The App does not provide contacts cleaning, antivirus, VPN services, private vault, email security checking, or unrelated device optimization features.

3. Your Responsibility for Use

You are responsible for how you use the App, including your decisions to change your default launcher, enable permissions, view Wi-Fi information, generate passwords, or open third-party map or network-related services.

You must use the App lawfully and only on devices, networks, and data that you own or are authorized to access. The App is intended as a convenience tool and does not grant you any right to access networks or systems without authorization.

4. Access and Permissions

Some features require access to default launcher status, location permission for Wi-Fi discovery, display over other apps permission, installed app visibility, internet connectivity, or other system capabilities. If you deny or limit permissions, some features may not work or may work only partially.

You understand that if you set the App as your default launcher, the Home button behavior on your device may change until you select another launcher in Android settings.

5. Free Features and Ads

The App may be free to download and may include ads. Some screens, flows, or feature interactions may display interstitial, banner, native, or rewarded advertising where permitted by law and platform policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services such as Google Play, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, advertising networks, map services, email clients, or sharing apps. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Accuracy and Availability

Wi-Fi map, speed test, analyzer, password generation, launcher, widget, wallpaper, and floating window functions are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee that all Wi-Fi, location, signal, speed, or launcher-related information will always be complete, accurate, real-time, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific purpose.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, ads, permissions flows, or App functionality at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules. Updates may be required for continued use of some features.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

Use the App to interfere with networks, systems, or services without authorization.

Reverse engineer, modify, copy, resell, or exploit the App except where allowed by law.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, content, logo, interface, code, and related materials are owned by Jia He Ju or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use the App for personal use.

11. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Wi-Fi, network, map, launcher, or testing information will always be available or perfectly accurate.

The App is a utility tool and does not guarantee a specific network result, signal improvement, launcher behavior outcome, or password strength result for every use case.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, network access, or device functionality arising from or related to your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy available in the App or on the official support website for WiFi Launcher: Map Tool.

14. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so in your country or region. If required by applicable law, you must be an adult or have permission from a parent or guardian.
